Krahn invites us to reflect on reading in this fun drawing published in the Magazine of 3 December 2006. We hope that these celebrations, to be happy for tod @ s, make something, plus sweets and be good to read what you have been neglected during the rest of the year.

Krahn Santa Reading

Fernando Krahn was born in Santiago de Chile in 1935. After studying art in his country, he moved to New York in 1961. He began his career as a cartoonist ( "The New Yorker, Atlantic Monthly," "Esquire", "The Reporter") and illustrator of children's books (he has published over sixty titles, some of them children's books from his wife) .

Awarded the 2001 International Figure Ediciones SM with a book which is also the author, lives in Sitges (Barcelona) since 1973. Collaborate with magazines and newspapers around the world, "Herald Tribune" (USA), "La Vanguardia, El Pais (Spain)," Die Zeit, Stern (Germany) and "La Repubblica" (Italy) .

He has made cartoon series for Spanish television, and his work has been compiled in exhibitions in major museums and Cartoons Comic Strip (Barcelona, Basel, Santiago).
