The wikis are not the best tools to manage internal conversations and / or outside a company, that's what blogs, but they are very helpful for managing knowledge in a company and store all types of project documents and their corresponding phases, internal decisions and resolutions. [...] We detail below several possible uses of wikis in the business world:

• Wiki internally within an enterprise to exchange ideas work, business units, etc..
• Creation of manual welcome new employees in wiki format for collectively updating all sections of the same.
• Creating wikis for project so that employees can create and update documents and information related to the documentation of a project.
• Wikis are a good tool in an internal marketing plan, allowing greater communication between the employer and employee.
• Wikis customer with an updated list of key questions and answers.
• Wikis product with all its functions, features, pricing, customer reviews, etc.
• Agenda of meetings in wiki format in order to generate more participatory meetings.
